- Mirrors, fixtures, and counters polished.
- Floors cleaned, including behind the toilet.
Bedrooms, living areas & throughout
- Inside all closets and shelving wiped.
- Baseboards, door frames, and window sills wiped.
- Reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted.
- Switch plates, doorknobs, and walls spot-cleaned.
- Interior windows and tracks (where included).
- All floors vacuumed and mopped or carpets cleaned.
Final walkthrough tips
Clean top to bottom and back to front so dust and debris end up on floors you clean last. Do the floors absolutely last. And don't forget the spots landlords love to check: inside the oven, behind appliances, baseboards, and window tracks.
