We follow a set procedure: keys and codes are stored securely, access is limited to your assigned team, and nothing is shared beyond the people who clean your home. If you prefer a lockbox or smart lock, we work with that too.
How do I know what the house looks like after a clean?
You get a photo report after every visit — sent to your phone or email. Many of our second-home clients haven't been in the same state as their house in months and still know exactly how it looks.
Can you have the house ready for a specific arrival date?
Yes — that's the core of the service. Tell us when you land and we schedule the clean so the home is fresh right before you arrive, with an arrival window we actually keep (within 30 minutes).
Will it be the same people every time?
