Regular (maintenance) cleaning
A regular clean keeps an already-cared-for home fresh. It's what you book on a recurring schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — to stay on top of everyday life.
- Kitchens: counters, sinks, stovetop, exterior of appliances.
- Bathrooms: showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors, fixtures sanitized.
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout.
- Dusting of surfaces, sills, and reachable fixtures.
- General tidying so the whole home feels maintained.
Deep cleaning
A deep clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom reset. It reaches the built-up grime a routine visit doesn't — ideal for first-time clients, seasonal refreshes, or homes that haven't had professional care in a while.
- Everything in a regular clean, plus:
- Baseboards, door frames, and trim hand-wiped.
- Grout and tile scrubbed for built-up soap and hard water.
- Inside the microwave and behind reachable appliances.
- Light fixtures, switch plates, and vents detailed.
- The edges and corners where dust quietly collects.
Which one should you book?
If your home is already in good shape and you want to keep it that way, a regular recurring clean is all you need. If it's been a while, you're moving, or you're prepping for guests or an event, start with a deep clean.
Most clients do both: a deep clean first to set the baseline, then a regular recurring plan to keep it effortless — which also keeps each recurring visit efficient and affordable.
